Rebecca Rose Langdon
I am a final year PhD student at the School of Management, QUT Business School. industry. I have an interest in the safety management and wellbeing of infrastructure workers. My professional career has worked closely with these workers on a range issues including health, wellbeing, safety, and quality. This work has inspired me to understand and engage better with these workers to improve their psychological wellbeing.

Those responsible for building our infrastructure and mining our resources have one of the highest suicide rates. A demographic of workers experiencing psychological distress coupled with difficulties talking about their problems. It must feel very challenging for these workers feeling so empty and alone.
